Drag strips, burnouts, V8's and carburetors, the true essence of American muscle represented perfectly by the subject car: a 1972 Chevrolet Nova SS Tribute. The Nova was launched initially in 1962 with the intent of being a basic and compact family car but was later offered in various configurations such as the menacing 396 SS Tribute you see here. In this guise, it offered levels of performance that were not so basic, to say the least. This car is currently located in Texas, waiting to continue its legacy.
This Nova's interior has been truly cared for, consisting of what looks to be showroom condition black leather seats, black dash and door panels with wooden accents, a 3-spoke stainless steel Chevy steering wheel, and silver trimmed Summit Racing oil pressure and water temp gauges. On the outside, the beautifully maintained Cortes Silver paint contrasts a black roof for a two-toned finish that carries on throughout the car, such as its black front grille and silver front and rear bumpers. This masterpiece sits on a set of Magnum SS wheels encased in Cooper Cobra tires.
This 396ci Tribute is an audacious version of the Nova, boasting a 6.5L V8 engine with a 780 Demon Carb, controlled via a 4-speed manual transmission. The car also includes power steering and a power brake set-up, which consists of a new brake booster, disc brakes up front with drum brakes at the rear. Up front is a fitted sway bar and an 8.5-inch rear end—impressive for a presumably compact car.

Present today is not just any muscle car; it's an icon of the '60s car scene and takes shape as this spicy 1969 Chevy Nova SS. In terms of Chevrolet's compact automobile lineup, the Chevrolet Chevy II, later referred to as the Nova took the place of the Corvair. While the Corvair was a special and innovative model with a rear-engine layout, the Chevy II/Nova debuted in 1962 as a more traditional small automobile with an emphasis on functionality and simplicity of design. It saw five generations, and the top-of-the-line series cars were given the name Nova. After 1969, the Nova badge would replace the Chevy II moniker. The Nova has become somewhat of a cult classic. While it's small dimensions make it a clean little classic car, it's the keen target of hot rodders. This example of the 1966 Chevrolet Nova is not a hot rod but nevertheless has a few custom upgrades under its belt.
The Chevrolet Nova isn’t exactly what one might expect from a Chevy. It’s a compact, and later subcompact car that was introduced in 1961. The Nova was intended to be a basic, affordable car. However, as was inevitable, it soon gained sporting credentials. Take this 1970 Chevrolet Nova as a prime example. No doubt it was quite sporty when it left the factory gates, but the car has now received several enhancements to make it a real treat for keen drivers. With a mere 4,000 miles since it got several upgraded powertrain components, the car awaits a new owner.
Chevy’s Impala was the famous Bowtie automaker’s full-size offering for many years. It appeared sporadically between 1957 and 2020 and made it across ten generations. The Impala is named, as you may suspect, after the African antelope of the same name. It quickly won favor with the American auto-loving public due to its diverse array of body styles and, of course, V8 power. Up for sale today is a third-generation 1961 Chevrolet Impala Bubbletop Restomod, which reportedly packs 45,000 original miles. But, it’s received a comprehensive do-over, more power, and some modern comfort features.
For decades, the Chevrolet Corvette has remained an icon, and this 2008 Corevette isn’t any different. Considered to be a modern classic in the making, this Corvette – with its striking visuals and incredible performance – is a joy whether you’re on the track, or cruising towards your next destination. If you’re interested in investing in a Corvette, then look no further. With only 59,500 miles on the clock, and the current owner reporting that all recalls having been done, this car is a perfect choice. Reportedly, the current owner has invested about $19,000 in the engine and car to keep it in the incredible shape that it is in, making this example a dream for anyone looking for an impeccable car that will last.
The 1965 Chevrolet Corvette, affectionately known as the Stingray, was Chevrolet’s second run at their true American sports car. Produced from 1963 to 1967, the C2 gen is considered one of the best looking amongst its eight other generations. The new design and newfound handling prowess resulted in a total of 21,513 units being produced. A whopping 50 percent over the first generation. Today the Corvette name still lives up to name presenting enthusiasts with supercar levels of performance at a fraction of the cost of one. This fabulous particular blue model has clocked a total of 53,478 miles on the odometer and is now looking for its next owner to take on many new adventures in Tucson, Arizona.
