Following Tesla's success with the all-electric Tesla Roadster, Fisker Automotive announced and produced their plug-in hybrid luxury sports sedan the Fisker Karma. Fisker Automotive was founded in 2007, until its eventual sale, and consequently renamed Karma Automotive. An updated version of the Fisker Karma was the 2016 Karma Automotive’s Karma Revero, a luxury plug-in hybrid sports saloon manufactured in California, USA. The Revero is essentially a redesign of the Karma but with up-to-date technology and features. This listing is for a 2018 Karma Revero with just 2,500 miles on the clock and is available to be seen in California.
The Fisker Karma was a brilliant car, but the 2018 Karma Revero is an even better option. This car has been upgraded to an Anza Desert color scheme. It sits on a set of 22” Dune Twist Midnight wheels behind which lurk Brembo-branded brake calipers in orange. The front of the car features a split-type grille with the Karma logo on the front edge of the bumper. The exhaust pipes for the internal combustion engine are discretely tucked just behind the front wheel. The Revero letterings are situated on both sides of the front fenders, just before the wheel well. The rear sports distinctive LED taillights with the Karma logo on the trunk lid along with the Karma lettering. The interior of the car is finished off in tan leather with a funkily designed multi-function steering wheel also wrapped in leather behind which the pedal shifters are located. A 10.7” touchscreen and infotainment car control center is in place with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. The solar photovoltaic paneled roof produces a small amount of charge for the car to supplement the ancillaries.
This 2018 Karma Revero sports a 2.0L four-cylinder turbocharged GM Ecotec engine, as well as a pair of electric motors, for a total of 403hp (301kW) at the rear wheels. Zero to sixty comes up in just 5.4 seconds and the car tops out at 125mph. This example also sports new tires, and the all-around disc brakes with regenerative braking and anti-lock ensure you come to a steady halt and waste as little energy as possible too. The range is rated at 300 miles in total, with up to 50 miles of all-electric motoring.

Emerging onto the automotive scene in 2011 under the moniker of the Fisker Karma, the inception of the Karma Revero was the visionary creation of acclaimed car designer Henrik Fisker, who had previously crafted iconic models for esteemed marques such as BMW, Ford, and Aston Martin. Fisker's journey from designer to entrepreneur led to the realization of his aspiration – a luxury automobile that would epitomize the essence of opulence while embracing eco-conscious innovation through its plug-in hybrid powertrain. The Fisker Karma made its initial presence felt between 2011 and 2012, but it was the profound reimagining and meticulous refinement that birthed the Karma Revero, gracing the market once again in 2017. A testament to its enduring appeal, this vehicle, boasting a mere 6,812 miles on its odometer, emerges as a compelling offering that is bound to capture the admiration of discerning enthusiasts and environmentally conscious drivers alike.
The present-day Karma Automotives was the brainchild of the Danish automotive Designer Henrik Fisker. Henrik had an impressive resume as he was the lead designer of the Aston Martin DB9, Artega GT, and the famous BMW Z8. He wanted to build a car designed from the ground up by him. Hence his co-founding of Fisker Automotive in 2007. Due to many reasons, Fisker Automotive was shuttered, and all but the name was bought over by a Chinese company that rebranded it as Karma Automotive. Their first model was the Karma Revero, produced from 2016 to 2020, and the second iteration from 2020 to date. Up for grabs is a car that will turn heads; this 2018 Karma Revero has just 8.400 miles on the odometer.
