Since its founding in 1908, General Motors has amassed a plethora of divisions to cater to every aspect of vehicular transport. When they acquired Cadillac in 1909, the brand was already an established top-of-the-line luxury car manufacturer. Cadillac is a premier luxury car maker in the US and is highly coveted. From 1986 to 1992, Cadillac introduced the Cadillac Brougham, a full-size luxury car with impressive options and luxury. Up for grabs is a reportedly Cadillac custom build order 1988 Cadillac Brougham with just 61750 miles on the odometer.
This reportedly garage-kept 1988 Cadillac Brougham features the Gunmetal Metallic paint job. As befitting a luxury car, the Brougham features minute details throughout. Quad rectangular headlights flank the chrome egg-crate grille, while the turn lights feature the Cadillac winged badges. A largely shaped chrome front bumper is visible with the Cadillac badge and lettering on the number plate slot. The exterior features thin double pinstripes on the sides in red. The rear quarter panels are host to Brougham Fleetwood chrome letterings. Integrated within the rear bumpers are the vertical taillights with more Cadillac badging on the lenses. The left side of the boot door is the Thompson badge, while the right has the Cadillac and 5.0 Liter badges. This Brougham sits on a set of chrome multi-spoke mesh wheels with the Cadillac badge in the center. The interior features button-tufted seating and rear-seat reading lamps as part of the d'Elegance package. Splattered throughout the interior are Cadillac badging as well as the d'Elegance scripts. Chrome is also used throughout the interior to further accentuate the interior's grey theme. The dashboard is finished in wood grain with the center console host to a Symphony Sound audio system with volume controls for front/rear and right/left speakers. The current owner reports that the interior is all original.
From 1987 to 1990, Cadillac offered the Cadillac Brougham with only the 5.0L LV2 V8 engine sourced from Oldsmobile coupled to a 4-speed Turbo-Hydramatic 200-4R automatic transmission. Engine power output was at a leisurely 140hp. Along with the reported new tires, the car hosts front disc brakes and rear drums for excellent grip and stopping power.
Cadillac chose the name Brougham to represent its lineup of full-size luxury cars between 1987 and 1992 for two reasons. One is a Brougham was typically a four-wheeled, horse-drawn carriage that was the transportation of the rich and famous before the automobile was invented. Two, it was a nod at distinguished British statesman Henry Brougham. Either way, there's a lot of history behind a Cadillac Brougham, and since they dropped the name in 1992, the only way you're able to satisfy your aristocratic fantasies is by purchasing a car like this 1988 Cadillac Brougham that we've got for sale now. With 44,000 miles showing on the odometer, this car is still quite 'young' in a way.

Present today is this 2006 Cadillac XLR Roadster, this modern classic is the perfect balance of performance and Cadillac luxury and is reported to have only 96,539 miles on its clock.

The Cadillac De Ville was introduced in 1958, as a full-size luxury car from America’s top luxury automaker at the time. De Ville means “of the town” in French, meaning that Cadillac intended the De Ville to be the talk of the town. The first generation is the most popular, naturally, thanks to its iconic shape and rear fins. In 1961, the second generation was introduced, with fresh styling and more body styles. Buyers could now pick from a four-door hardtop with four or six windows, a 2-door hardtop, or a 2-door convertible. If you’ve been trying to get your hands on a De Ville, check out this 56,435-mile 1964 Cadillac De Ville Sedan that’s up for sale right now. The current owner reports it to have been restored, hence its pristine appearance.
