The Charger from Dodge has always been an interesting model since its introduction in 1996. Across its seven generations of production, which incidentally is still being produced to date, the Dodge Charger has been a subcompact hatchback, full-size sedan, personal luxury coupe, and of course a one-hella muscle car. Its current iteration is a four-door sedan with the spirit of a muscle car. The sixth generation Dodge Charger was produced from 2006 to 2010 after the model's 20-year hiatus. Up for grabs is #604 of 4000 Top Banana 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T's made, with just 43,000 miles on the odometer.
Of the 11 color options that Dodge offered the 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T, the most outlandishly named Top Banana yellow exterior paint is what this Charger is clothed in. Along with the paint job, the car comes with a black-painted rear spoiler. The front features quad headlights flanking the black painted and quartered grille, which also has the R/T badge in red and chrome. The front fascia includes a seamless front bumper with integrated fog lights, an air dam, and a front splitter. Chrome 'Hemi' badges are on the side front quarter panels. The rear features a clean design with the Dodge RAM head logo on the trunk lid and the Charger and R/T badges on the left and right respectively. It sits on a set of 5-spoke Dodge OEM wheels. The interior features a yellow-on-black theme. Yellow trimmings are visible on the center console and around the gear selector. The multifunctional leather-wrapped 4-spoke black and silver Dodge RAM emblazoned steering wheel takes pride of place. Behind the steering wheel can be seen the silver beveled instrument clusters with white faces.
The Charger has always been a car with impressive performance; as such this 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T comes equipped with the naturally aspirated 5.7L Hemi V8 engine coupled to a 5-speed automatic transmission. This rear wheel-driven car has a power output in excess of 350hp along with 390 lb.ft of torque. It features four-wheel, all-around power disc brakes with ABS. The current owner reports that a new battery has been installed.
It’s the car that became an instant icon with Steve McQueen’s Bullitt and remains one of the most beloved American stars in motoring history, the Dodge Charger. Since it was released, it has become a movie star of its own and will definitely be in anyone’s shortlist for the greatest muscle car in history. Sleek, charismatic and extremely powerful, it’s everything you would want if you want to preserve a piece of automotive history for you to enjoy. This particular Charger comes with roughly 59,000 miles reported on the clock, and reportedly a staggered wheel and tire setup. Some of the dash lights, the speedometer and AC will need your attention as well, according to the current owner.
The Dodge Charger is one of the most muscular and potent-looking four-door sedans you can buy right now. While a regular Charger is menacing enough, this particular 2023 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Super Bee Special Edition dials things up several notches. Packing just 1,500 miles on the clock, you can be the new owner of this all-stock, one-owner, 1 of 500 car. The current owner says that two keys are included in the sale. The car comes with several options, including the Navigation and Travel Group, Technology Group, and the Widebody Package.
Last year, Dodge produced a limited edition 2023 Charger Super Bee as part of the “Last Call” series of gas-powered performance cars. But if you'd prefer to own one of the car's the newer-gen Super Bee was based on, then what we have here could be of interest. The Super Bee saw a number of platforms and variants over the span of four decades. Originally built based on the Dodge Coronet, the Super Bee moved to the Dodge Charger platform in 1971. The Super Bee was advertised as a lower-cost alternative for muscle car enthusiasts instead of the top-of-the-line R/T. Mind you, the 1971 Charger Super Bee was no slouch, with all engine options being V8s. Here, you see a restored 1971 Dodge Charger Super Bee bearing a new engine with only 600 miles on it. With a few upgrades up its sleeve, this classic is for sale in Ohio, waiting for a new owner.
Even though the 2009 Dodge Challenger is an old-school Detroit muscle car, it has a surprising amount of modern technology. The Challenger handles corners more skillfully than the majority of muscle vehicles that came out of the USA. What we are featuring here is the race-ready 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8, and the first thing you'll notice is that it looks like pure evil. However, thanks to the cleaver application of tech, it's easy to live with on a day-to-day basis. This challenger brings excitement to the table with a custom interior and a professionally-rebuilt engine. According to reports, it only has 31,000 miles on its clock. If you enjoy spine-chilling power on tap, this beast is sure to put a smile on your face.
Do you want a modern muscle car that looks jaw-dropping and can literally plant you in your seat with one push of the gas pedal? Say hello to the Dodge Challenger. Introduced in 2008, it was widely hailed as one of the best modern American muscle cars around. With styling inspired by the all-time greats of muscle car fandom, the Challenger only bowed out last year. But you can still get one, such as this 2020 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock with just 5,500 miles. The car comes with the Customer Preferred Package 27S, Plus Package, Alcantara Appearance Package, and Driver Convenience Group option packages too. Oh, and let us casually mention that the engine reportedly develops over 800 horsepower.
2023 was a bittersweet year for all petrolheads, regardless of whether you were a muscle car, JDM, or Euro fan. Dodge’s Challenger and Charger nameplates have become icons in the car world, regardless of what your tastes were, and in December 2023, the last ones rolled off the production line, marking the end of an era of untamed horsepower and a wild disregard for the laws of physics. On the upside, SRT made sure they finished in style, with a range of ludicrous models for 2023. One of these was the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody, which could probably hit a quarter mile before you could finish reading out that name.
