Oldsmobile might not be the most talked about auto brand right now, but the company was responsible for quite a few groundbreaking achievements in the automobile world. One of their greatest achievements, the Oldsmobile 98, was their top-of-the-line vehicle, and the car saw twelve generations before it finally retired. This 10th generation Oldsmobile 98 is of the Regency model, a premium trim of the vehicle, and is currently up for sale.

Exterior and Interior

The 10th generation Oldsmobile 98 Regency was produced from 1985 to 1990, and it featured a redesigned exterior that was more aerodynamic and streamlined compared to the previous generation. The car had a sloping hood, a lower roofline, and a more rounded rear end. It also had a more prominent grille and wraparound headlights. The Regency trim level featured a vinyl roof, chrome accents, and Oldsmobile badging. According to the owner of this beautiful blue example, the car has been fitted with new spoke wheels, a new muffler, new white wall tires, and a new battery. The 10th generation Oldsmobile 98 Regency had a spacious and luxurious interior design that was in line with its flagship status. The Regency trim level featured a variety of standard features, such as power windows, power seats, air conditioning, and a tilt steering wheel. Engine

While the original 1983 Oldsmobile was fitted with a 3.7L V6, this specific example draws power from a much more capable 307ci V8 engine. Exact performance figures are unknown, but the owner reports that oil changes have been performed on a regular basis.
