If you're a fan of classic television, then you'll know that only two cars have ever had the prestige of appearing as “The Saint’s car” on screen. The other was this: the Jaguar XJS, driven by Ian Oglivy from 1978-79 in the Return of the Saint. Despite only running for 24 episodes, the series has become a cult classic and cemented the XJS’s place as a star. Jaguar first launched the XJS in 1975 as the replacement for the much-celebrated E-Type.
